CrossFit Panic is not a typical gym, we provide a high level of coaching, attention and direction to every one of our members. 

We provide training to develop your fitness, through varied functional movements we get you stronger, fitter, healthier and more capable to tackle whatever life may throw at you.

Learn how to lift weights correctly, master bodyweight movements and improve your cardiovascular fitness through high-intensity training. 

No matter your starting point we structure our training in a way that allows everyone to train at a level to match where you're at. Our understanding is that the needs of Olympic athletes and our grandparents differ by degree, not kind.
