Lewis is the owner of Panic, founding the gym in early 2016.
Having many years of experience in both group and personal training. Lewis now focuses on the success of Panic's members and its coaching team.
Available for Personal Training and coaches a selection of classes throughout the week.
Tom has a degree in sport science and has a wealth of knowledge in strength & conditioning.
You'll find him doing a mixture of classes and Personal Training.
Alice is experienced in coaching fitness and working 1:1 with clients.
She brings lots of enthusiasm and a female touch to the coaching team.
She is available for Personal Training and coaches our CrossFit classes.
Ally is our Nutrition Coach, she works 1:1 with clients to help create healthy lifestyle habits.
