At The Panic Gym, we've created a non-intimidating gym environment. Our atmosphere is built around building each other up. When you walk in our doors you are entering a room filled with like-minded people. No matter your starting point, we all want to see you succeed. Our coaches care, want to get to know you, and invest themselves in your progress. Your goal is now our goal.

THE COACHES

STEPH BUXTON
Steph runs the day-to-day of the gym.
​
With a combination of coaching the classes and looking after the members. Her main focus is ensuring the success of all the Panic members.
​
She is also available for Personal Training.

TOM BENDLE
Tom has a degree in sport science and has a wealth of knowledge in strength & conditioning.

You'll find him doing a mixture of classes and Personal Training.

ALICE HIBBERT
Alice coaches the majority of our morning classes. ​

She also offers nutrition coaching to help clients achieve their weight loss goals.

ALLY NIX
Ally is our Nutrition Coach, she works 1:1 with clients to help create healthy lifestyle habits.

If you're looking for help to improve your body composition then she will work with you to make a lasting change.

DAN MCGILL
Dan has a strong passion for CrossFit training and perfecting technique.

You'll find Dan coaching in the evenings and on weekends. Turn up to his class and we can guarantee you'll be getting a McGill fist bump 🤛
1-TO-1 COACHING
Our coaches offer their expertise and dedicated attention with 1-to-1 coaching. If you have a specific goal or don't want to train in group classes then 1-to-1 Personal Training or Nutrition Coaching will be the perfect solution!
