METCON is our main class type, each class lasts 60 minutes and is led by a coach.

SWEAT is our conditioning-focused class, using high-intensity intervals, functional movements and creative ideas.
​
The class is notoriously challenging, but if you're willing to endure you'll see significant improvement in your aerobic and anaerobic fitness.

OPEN GYM
Outside of class times, you can use the gym however you like. There is no coaching during these sessions but there will always be a coach around should you need any assistance.
