The coaches at CrossFit Panic are invested in each and every one of our members. They will guide you through our workout programme and help you develop your strength, endurance, coordination and mobility to not only improve inside the gym but also to thrive in everyday life.

WHAT IS CROSSFIT?
CrossFit is a strength & conditioning programme designed to drastically improve every area of your fitness forming you into a robust, functional and capable human being.

We use constantly varied, functional movements that are scalable to anyone, regardless of age, ability or experience. Each day we mix weightlifting, gymnastic and conditioning movements. We focus on consistent and thoughtful progressions so we can keep you safe and you can keep improving.

CrossFit develops your physical (and mental) competency, and you'll see significant improvements in the 10 general physical skills: Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy.

To do this you will run, row, bike, jump, lift, push, pull, climb and throw.

SWEAT - get in, work hard, get out.
This conditioning class uses our same tried and tested formula of constantly varied functional movements executed at high-intensity. The focus for this class is on developing both your aerobic and anaerobic cardiovascular fitness, muscle endurance and mental grit.

Just like our CrossFit class the coach will guide you throughout the workout, scaling movements and weights to set you up with a challenging but successful workout.
