Getting started is the hardest part. So we've made it as easy as possible, giving you different options depending on your goals and starting point.

Beginners class

We've created a beginners class. If you are newer to the gym and want to build your confidence before jumping into our regular class then this is your perfect starting point.

High intensity interval style training with a focus on getting you as fit as possible. SWEAT is notourisly hard but still a great place to start as you will work to your current level.

CrossFit class

Building both strength and fitness this class is designed to get you fit for life. Combining elements of weightlifting, powerlifting, strongman and gymnastics. We focus on being functionally fit - making you stronger whilst getting you fitter so you're more capable for whatever life throws at you!

Personal Training

We also offer 1-to-1 coaching instead of group classes. Perfect if you're newer to the gym and want extra focus on improving your technique, fitness and confidence before group training. 

1-to-1 coaching is also very effective if have goals unique to you or you want to do it to supplement your group classes.
